Guests fly in to cape Town International. Met by Golf Air/Golf in South Africa team and Gavin for transfers to De Oude Werf in Stellenbosch, their accommodation for three nights. (2 full days). Dinner on the first night in Stellenbosch at one the many exquisite restaurants we have selected.
Guests enjoy a leisure breakfast at De Oude Werf. After breakfast, they are transferred to the Helderberg area where they will start their wine journey with our specialist guide. Guests can look forward to an array of wine and chocolate pairings, fantastic scenery and history whilst enjoying lunch at one of the most prestigious stud farms in Stellenbosch only to continue their wine tasting journey after lunch. Guests will have ample time to freshen up before enjoying dinner at another one of our lovely destinations, only a walk away from De Oude Werf.
After breakfast, the golfers are transferred to Pearl Valley golf club to enjoy a fantastic game with our golf professional at their side whilst the non-golfers will enjoy a historic tour of Franschoek with our guide. They’ll have a great time at the famous Haute Cabriere and if in time will be able to witness the Sabrage ceremony. Farms like fairview, Boschendal and Anthonij Rupert with its famous wine and nougat pairing will be on the list where after all guests will meet each other at the spectacular Delaire Graff for an early dinner and the most scenic views of the valley.
Meet and greet at a private Lounge at Cape Town International Airport. Guests enjoy snack and drinks while getting to know their hosts. Fly to George airport (Private Lounge) where golfers will be taken to Fancourt to enjoy a game of golf on the magnificent Montagu. Non-golfers will be taken on an excursion, exploring George and surrounds or can relax at the Fancourt Spa facilities at leisure. Guests will enjoy dinner at La Cantina on their first evening whilst staying at the magnificent Manor House.
After a leisurely breakfast, golfers will have the privilege to play the number one course in South Africa, Fancourt Links. Here, their PGA golf professional will teach them some tips and tricks whilst also doing swing analysis. Non-golfers will explore the beauty of Knysna and all parties will join each other for a spectacular dinner at Henry White’s at Fancourt.
Day Six, Seven & Eight:
After breakfast, guests will be transferred to George Private Lounge where their aircraft will be waiting to take them to the spectacular Melton Manor at Kwandwe Private Game Reserve. Here you’ll have three full days of leisure and privacy with your own chef, butler, private swimming pool and all services included. You will be collected for safari each day as requested and can also enjoy bush walks, tracking black and white rhino, elephant and buffalo on foot – A once in a lifetime experience. Spa facilities are available and you’re sure to be extremely relaxed by the African bush, its magical sunsets and majestic game.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the landing strip on Kwandwe Private Game Reserve where your pilots will take care of your luggage whilst you are flown to Malelane. After arrival, golfers will be taking to the lovely Leopard Creek while luggage are taken to Buhala Lodge. Non-golfers will go to the Kruger National Park for the bucket list game drive. Afterwards, all guests will enjoy chef Attie’s lovely lunch at Leopard Creek iside the clubhouse – An experience in itself. Guests will spend their last evening at leisure at Buhala, enjoying sundowners on the veranda and breathing in the South African bushveld before their last dinner is served with a special prize ceremony form our golf professional.
After a leisure breakfast, guests will be taken to Malelane landing strip where their aircraft will be waiting to take them back to Johannesburg. Guests will arrive at a private lounge and will have the opportunity to freshen up, have snacks and drinks whilst their luggage is being flown in.
